We are hiring an M365 Technical Lead for an onsite role in Vancouver, BC.

Must-have requirements:
15 years of IT experience with robust hands-on experience in Share Point Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration, and Power Platform implementation/support.

Solid Share Point Online experience including site architecture, information architecture, permissions, governance, search, metadata, content types, lists, libraries, and lifecycle management.

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, approvals, workflow automation, and Power Platform solution lifecycle management.

Experience leading end-to-end technical delivery and support for Share Point Online, Microsoft 365 collaboration, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio solutions.

Experience designing and implementing Share Point Online sites, hub sites, lists, libraries, pages, content types, metadata, search, permissions, site lifecycle, retention, and governance patterns.

Experience with Copilot Studio agent configuration,



Share Point knowledge grounding, publishing/deployment support, testing, responsible AI/governance controls, and user adoption support.

Experience troubleshooting Share Point Online, Power Platform, SPFx, Graph API, permissions, workflow, connector, Copilot Studio agent, and Microsoft 365 integration issues.

Experience with Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub, source control, CI/CD awareness, release management, deployment validation, and support documentation.

Ability to lead technical resources, assign tasks, perform peer reviews, support estimates, and deliver work within agreed timelines.

Valuable communication skills with ability to interact with business users, customer stakeholders, architects, service owners, technical teams, and support teams.
