As a Health care clinic Security Guard, there is a high focus on customer service, Patrolling and De-escalation, since you will be working with people all shift, in a Health care clinic environment

Permanent Position: Monday to Saturday ( 2100-0600)

Responsibilities For Community Health Clinic Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors

Perform regular patrols in the Building and Parkade area to identify potential risks and maintain order and establish presence.

Monitor CCTV

Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns





Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.

Remove unwanted persons from the property

Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.

Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.

Qualifications For Community Health Clinic Security Guard

Be authorized to work in Canada

Hold a valid Manitoba security license

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Previous experience in the security industry (asset)

De-escalation skills

Verbal Judo skills ( Asset)

Leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a stressful environment
