Become a Ski and Snowboard Instructor with RED Mountain Resort for the 2026/27 season in Rossland, BC. Engage clients of all ages while providing safety and fun in every lesson.

This seasonal, unionized role offers both full-time and part-time positions, appealing to individuals passionate about teaching skiing and snowboarding. You will manage lessons for school groups, weekend clubs, and private sessions, ensuring each student has a positive, memorable experience on the slopes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging ski/snowboard lessons for diverse age groups
• Provide exceptional service and support for each student
• Attend mandatory morning meetings and training sessions
• Assess student progress and share constructive feedback




• Manage group dynamics and ability levels effectively

Requirements:
• Flexible availability for 2-5 days weekly, including weekends
• Positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching
• Physical ability to assist students and handle equipment
• CASI, CSIA, or equivalent certification required
• Dual certification in skiing and snowboarding is a plus
