and timelinesEstablish governance models and decision-making frameworksPrepare executive-level communications and program updatesTranslate business requirements into technology-enabled solutionsDrive stakeholder alignment across highly matrixed teamsRequired Qualifications3+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Transformation, or Business Operations experienceExperience within Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Product Operations, Apparel, or Supply Chain environmentsStrong understanding of merchandising processes and product lifecycle managementExperience supporting GTM (Go-To-Market) initiativesProven process mapping experience including current-state and future-state designDemonstrated success leading large-scale transformation programsStrong executive communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and dependenciesAbility to influence cross-functional teams without direct authorityExperience partnering with Product and Technology organizationsMust be based in Vancouver and able to work onsiteNice-to-Have QualificationsExperience with AI-enabled products or AI transformation initiativesJira, Confluence, and Smartsheet experiencePMO leadership experienceExperience with merchandising and enterprise project management tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
