As the Clinical Lead, you will coordinate and deliver essential services while fostering a holistic approach that harmonizes Western and Traditional Hodi:noshoni:/Rotinonhsion:ni practices. Your leadership and clinical skills will be crucial in advancing trauma-informed care and supporting the Home and Community Care (HCC) Team in Six Nations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical guidance for the HCC Team
Support onboarding of current team members
Develop culturally appropriate client care plans




Coordinate inter-qualified training and education
Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Regulated Health Profession
Registered Nurse in good standing or eligible
Leadership experience in an inter-disciplinary setting
Understanding of trauma-informed care principles
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records systems
