Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and explain specimen collection processes
Perform phlebotomies and ECG tracings
Conduct special test collections and document results
Maintain solid client relationships through timely follow-ups
Prepare specimens for transport and testing

Requirements:
Graduate of an approved Laboratory Assistant program
Phlebotomy experience preferred
ECG training or experience is an asset
Robust customer service skills in stressful situations
