As a key member of the team, you will lead the development of additive manufacturing processes and laser technologies. Your responsibilities will include validating and implementing these processes while driving operational excellence. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure manufacturing scalability and standardize operations across global sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead formulation and deployment of additive manufacturing processes
Optimize laser engraving and cutting with validation controls
Serve as the global process owner for production equipment
Collaborate with R&D; and manufacturing for technology transfer
Develop process documentation and training for production teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
5 years experience in additive manufacturing
Knowledge of laser engraving and cutting technologies
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and STL file software
