This managerial role encompasses the ownership of HSSE strategy, involving the management of an enterprise system and direct accountability for regulatory compliance and workplace safety. With over five years in heavy industry, you will mentor staff and interact with regulatory bodies to ensure a proactive approach towards risk management and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Own HSSE management system and set strategic objectives
Develop and report HSSE KPIs to leadership
Mentor staff on safety culture and accountability

Requirements:
Diploma/degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
