Lead and coach the ER/LR team for optimal performance
Act as Director’s delegate for key ER/LR issues




Manage complex workplace investigations and arbitrations
Provide strategic ER/LR advice across multiple jurisdictions
Design effective ER/LR strategies for process improvementRequirements:
8+ years in employee/labour relations or HR
Experience in managing high-stakes investigations
Proven advisory skills to senior stakeholders
Solid judgment in assessing risks and making recommendations
