You'll get a front-row seat to senior client relationships
Exposure to executive-level search projects from day one
You'll build foundational skills inside a respected professional services firm
Client Services Associate – Executive Search Support (Hybrid, Mississauga)
If you're early in your career and looking for a role where you'll actually be trusted with real responsibility, this is it. As a Client Services Associate, you won't be sitting on the sidelines — you'll be scheduling and briefing for live client engagements, preparing reports and proposals that go directly to senior leaders and clients, and keeping multiple search projects moving at once.
This is a genuine launchpad role. You'll work closely with senior consultants and the leadership team, learning how a skilled services firm actually runs — from business development outreach to client relationship management — while building a reputation as the person people can count on to get things done.
What makes this different from a typical admin role is the access. You'll sit close to leadership and see how client relationships, proposals, and search projects are built from the inside. You'll rotate across responsibilities rather than being boxed into one narrow task,
and you'll have real room to grow as you prove yourself — this is a firm that promotes based on capability, not just tenure.
What You'll Be Doing
Support the search team with meeting scheduling, preparation, reformatting data, generating reports, and database management
Prepare and update client and candidate reports, briefing documents, and proposals for internal and external meetings
Manage scheduling for the leadership team's calendar and business needs
Attend client meetings, take notes, and manage follow‑up tasks through to project completion, including scheduling interviews and updating documentation
Support business development outreach by tracking activity through the internal database
Draft and prepare customized proposals and engagement letters for new projects
Help organize and enhance current and potential client lists
Provide backup coverage for other client services team members as needed
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree or recent graduate
Strong customer service instincts and genuine interest in developing administrative skills
Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly
