Take a leadership role as a Registered Nurse, guiding care staff and providing care to residents. This position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and effective communication.
Under the supervision of the Director of Care, you will directly support residents while leading care staff to implement best practices. Your clinical experience will be crucial in delivering high-quality care and addressing residents' needs. Fluency in Chinese can be an asset for enhancing resident interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer personalized care to assigned residents
• Direct care staff on procedure and resident care techniques
• Collaborate within the interdisciplinary team for improved outcomes
• Advocate for safety in the care workplace
• Apply nursing processes to evaluate and meet residents' needs
Requirements:
• Valid BCCNM membership and one year of clinical experience
• CPR & First Aid Certification must be current
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Ability to effectively manage care tasks and staff
• Physical stamina to fulfill nursing role demands
