We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Production Coordinator to join our Collision team. What You’ll Do Greeting customers in a friendly and skilled manner
Scheduling estimate appointments and managing customer inquiries
Assigning work to technicians and monitoring repair progress
Creating and tracking purchase orders for sublet repairs
Maintaining the production board and updating vehicle status throughout the repair process
Communicating with customers to provide repair updates and arrange vehicle pick-up
Coordinating with rental companies and insurance partners on daily updates
Ensuring all repair payments are collected before vehicle release
Providing general administrative support to the Collision team
Following up with customers as needed to ensure an outstanding experience

You have basic automotive knowledge or an interest in the collision repair industry
