Shah Trading Company is seeking a Quality Control Technician for our Montreal facility. The role focuses on food safety, product quality, and production-line compliance through inspections, testing, sampling, and thorough documentation.
You will collaborate with Production, Sanitation, Warehouse, Receiving, and Shipping teams to ensure adherence to specs and regulatory requirements. Prior QA experience and HACCP training are valued.
