Homebase in Toronto is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a part-time hybrid role (30 hours/week). You will focus on end-user support, system hygiene, and AV reliability to ensure every Homie has the tools, hardware, and access they need to thrive.
You will partner across departments for onboarding, security audits, and daily operations, lead recent hire tech onboarding and offboarding, and explore automation and AI tooling to improve resolution velocity in a dynamic office environment.
