This permanent position at the Urology Clinic requires a proactive Administrative Assistant with strong organizational and communication skills. Ideal candidates will coordinate surgeries and clinic appointments, manage correspondence, and maintain surgeon schedules using Outlook. You’ll also assist in improving clinic operations through effective participation in team discussions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule surgeries with various departments
• Maintain surgeons’ schedules and manage communications
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes accurately




• Handle telephone calls and follow up on messages
• Assist with academic activities for physicians

Requirements:
• Graduate from an Office Administration or related program
• Minimum of two years administrative experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and medical terminology
• Keyboarding skills of at least 40 wpm required
• Solid organizational and time management skills
