We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Landscaper who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and takes pride in high-quality results.

As a Landscape/Hardscape Labourer, you’ll support a variety of landscape installation and maintenance tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working with tools, and contributing to projects that enhance outdoor settings.

Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm or 6pm

Key Responsibilities
Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials
Lay sod, grade soil, and prepare landscape beds
Assist with general landscape construction tasks
Install outdoor furnishings such as benches, bike racks, and site furniture
Operate landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, tractors, etc.)
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment




Transport materials using wheelbarrows, carts, shovels, and dollies
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized job site

Requirements
1–2 years of landscaping experience
Experience with landscape equipment is an asset
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation to St. Mary’s
Clean Driver’s Abstract
AR or valid G License
Grade 12 or equivalent diploma
