Responsibilities
Lead and manage the production team
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Ensure product quality and operational efficiency
Monitor project progress and delivery timelines
Plan and coordinate workforce and resources
Manage employees in accordance with HR policies and agreements
Lead change management initiatives
Establish and enforce operational standards and procedures
Analyze operational data and identify improvement opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field
Five years of experience in management or manufacturing settings
Experience in continuous improvement
Knowledge of Lean principles
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Experience in complex or transformation environments
Knowledge of health and safety practices in production
