Experienced Barista / Front of House
TIPO Foods is looking for an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Barista / Front of House team member with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the café, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
We are looking for someone who is fast, efficient, qualified, and has a solid work ethic. The right candidate should be comfortable taking responsibility, helping lead the front-of-house team, and maintaining excellent customer service during busy periods.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, skilled, and effective customer service Prepare coffee and beverages consistently and quickly Operate the POS and ordering system confidently Handle cash and payment transactions accurately Help organize and lead front-of-house staff during shifts Manage opening and closing duties Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock levels Assist with ordering and receiving products Keep displays stocked, clean,



and well presented Maintain an organized and clean front-of-house environment Handle busy periods calmly and efficiently Identify problems and take initiative to resolve them
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of café, restaurant, or hospitality experience required Previous barista and customer-service experience Experience with POS systems and cash handling Experience with inventory, stock management, and ordering Previous experience training, supervising, or leading staff is strongly preferred Excellent communication and customer-service skills Fast, organized, dependable, and able to multitask Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to work independently and take initiative Professional references required.
