Position Details
Full-time position
Early morning start (5:00–6:00 AM) , finishing in the afternoon
Hybrid role : prep cooking + line cooking
Leadership prospects for the right candidate

About the Role

After training, you’ll be responsible for:
Opening the kitchen
Preparing key items for service
Setting the team up for a successful day
Supporting line service during busy breakfast hours

Long-term, this role can grow into:
Leading a team of 3–8 cooks on the Chef’s days off
Acting as a shift lead during closing
Taking on additional supervisory responsibilities

What We’re Looking For




Minimum 1 year cooking experience in a rapid-paced restaurant (required)
Experience prepping food items, using different tools and methods
Strong organizational skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
Reliable transportation for early morning shifts
Must live in West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Vancouver, or Burnaby , or be planning to relocate
