YOUR MISSION:

Under the supervision of the immediate superior, the incumbent will assume the responsibilities of a Housekeeping Attendant as well as those of an Housekeeping Supervisor:
Plan and coordinate daily work activities
Inspect designated areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety standards, and company policies
Supervise a unionized workforce




Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees
Perform room cleaning and upkeep
Replace the Housekeeping Manager when required

Additionally, the candidate must:
Have 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
Have experience managing a work team
Be available to work weekends
Be comfortable working in a unionized setting

Schedule: Versatile schedule based on operational needs, including daytime dans weekend shifts (30 to 40 hours per week)
