In this full time position, you will design, develop, and deliver high-performing digital products for Forgeahead's diverse clients. As a Technical Lead, you will evaluate client requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and oversee the software architecture using Forgeahead's unique processes.

This role requires expertise in both relational and non-relational database technologies as well as cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as technical lead for the Canadian engineering team
Collaborate on product testing and bug identification




Design and implement scalable software architectures
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of proprietary solutions
Ensure client compliance with Forgeahead’s standards

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years experience as a technical lead
Proficient in MySQL, MongoDB, and Docker
Solid knowledge of Java Script, React, and Python
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
