The Assistant, Research provides operational, and administrative support for the conduct of research activities conducted by the Ethics Service in compliance with applicable regulations, Northern Health's research policies and procedures and study-specific contractual/grant agreements and protocols. The Assistant, Research role involves working in a close team setting with NH staff, as well as members of the Ethics Service research team.
The salary range for this position is $49,445 (min) to $61,806 (midpoint) to $64,897 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE. Northern Health typically establishes salaries within the minimum and midpoint of the salary range based on qualifications, experience of the applicant, and an internal equity review of the salaries of other employees.
