In your role at Verve Senior Living, you will support seniors by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring they receive personalized care based on their needs. Working under the Health & Wellness Manager, you'll participate in care planning and provide emotional and physical support as required. Your contributions will play a vital role in helping residents maintain their quality of life and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized care according to individual care plans
• Support residents with daily activities and life choices




• Document and report changes in resident conditions
• Maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Collaborate with care team on continuous quality improvements

Requirements:
• Certificate from an approved Health Care Aide or PSW program
• Emergency First Aid and CPR certification required
• Previous experience in senior care preferred
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
