Senior Guidewire QA Analyst – PolicyCenter, BillingCenter & ClaimCenter

We are seeking an experienced Guidewire QA Analyst with robust functional and automation testing expertise across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end testing, defect management, SQL-based backend validation, and Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across Guidewire applications.

- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution reports.

- Participate in requirements reviews, sprint planning, and release readiness activities.

- Perform defect logging, tracking, reporting, and resolution coordination using JIRA or similar tools.

- Communicate testing issues and risks effectively to development, business, and client stakeholders.

- Develop and execute test automation using Selenium and Tosca.

- Automate business-critical testing scenarios using functional automation frameworks.

- Perform SQL/PL-SQL-based backend validation, database testing, and data reconciliation.

- Work within Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.

- Coordinate with Business Analysts, Product Owners,



Developers, and other stakeholders.

- Conduct demos and support client-facing testing activities.

- Escalate testing risks, issues, and blockers as required.

Required Skills & Experience

- Mandatory: Strong Guidewire testing experience.

- Hands-on experience with:
- Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC)

- Guidewire BillingCenter (BC)

- Guidewire ClaimCenter (CC)

- Strong experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.

- Experience with Selenium and/or Tosca and functional test automation frameworks.

- Strong SQL/PL-SQL skills for backend data validation and reconciliation.

- Experience with JIRA or similar defect/test management tools.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and CI/CD environments.

- Strong test documentation and defect management experience.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Property & Casualty (P&C;) Insurance domain experience.

- Strong understanding of Guidewire business processes.

- Experience working directly with clients, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and development teams.
