It runs in real time, integrates across hardware and enterprise systems, and continues to evolve as we modernize the platform.We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who can work effectively in this environment. Someone who can maintain and improve an established system while driving better architecture, quality, and engineering practices.This role suits someone who takes ownership, challenges assumptions, and delivers practical improvements, not just completed tasks.What You'll DoTake ownership of the systemGo beyond assigned work. Identify technical debt, propose improvements, and follow through.
Leave the codebase better than you found it.Evolve legacy systems responsiblyUnderstand existing architecture and improve it without disrupting critical operations. Know when to refactor and when to redesign.Strengthen engineering practicesContribute to code quality, reviews, and technical standards. Share knowledge within the team and across groups.Communicate clearlyWrite explicit design documents and proposals. Explain complex topics in a way others can understand. Help move technical discussions forward.Support modernizationContribute to cloud adoption, CI/CD improvements, observability, and scalable architecture patterns.Participate in the team’s on‑call rotationHelp respond to and resolve production incidents, and contribute to follow‑ups and preventative improvements.Required SkillsTechnicalStrong C++ and/or C# experienceExperience working with AWS or similar cloud platformsFamiliarity with Infrastructure as CodeCI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesPython for scripting and automationContainerization and Kubernetes experienceEngineering approachStrong problem solving and structured thinking skillsComfort working with ambiguity and complex systemsMotivated to improve how things work,
