Job Title: Machine Operator - Manufacturing Support
Location: Scarborough, ON (near Kennedy Rd & Finch Ave)
Shift/Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Friday, 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
This position supports production activities at a metal fabrication facility in Scarborough. The role involves operating equipment, handling materials, assisting with paint preparation, and supporting custom fabrication tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.
Key Responsibilities Operate machinery and metalworking presses
Assist in the spray booth with preparation and spray application
Support general production and shop floor tasks as needed
Help manage material flow and inventory organization
Conduct paint prep and finishing tasks
Perform regular heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs)
Keep the work area clean and hazard-free
Requirements Previous experience in a shop or manufacturing role
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn multiple aspects of custom metal fabrication




Work Conditions Work is performed in a custom sheet metal facility with exposure to production equipment and materials. Proper PPE must be worn. This role requires standing, lifting, and manual handling throughout the shift.
