About the Role We’re looking for an energetic, engaging Robotics & Coding Instructor to teach after‑school and weekend classes, support school workshops, camps, and guide students through hands‑on STEM learning.
What You’ll Do Teach robotics and coding classes for students from grades 1 to 12
Deliver curriculum using LEGO Robotics, Scratch, Python, Java, C#, and other beginner‑friendly languages
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
Support students with problem‑solving, debugging, and hands‑on building
Track student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
Lead STEM activities during PA Day, March Break, and summer camps
Participate in school workshops when scheduled
Qualifications Experience teaching or mentoring youth (teaching, tutoring, coaching, camps, clubs)




Strong communication skills and ability to manage diverse student personalities
Comfort guiding students through problem‑solving and hands‑on building
Familiarity with robotics platforms such as VEX V5 and/or LEGO Robotics
Knowledge of Scratch, Python, Java, C#, and other beginner‑friendly languages
Upbeat, energetic, and able to inspire and lead students
Good listener with strong interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and able to run structured, engaging classes
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Pre‑employment background check required (no cost)
Nice to Have Experience with Minecraft Education, Roblox Studio, HTML, JavaScript, or Unity
Background in STEM clubs, engineering teams, or youth programs
Basic familiarity with sensors, mechanisms, or robotics building tools
