In this role, you will support Plan Members by discussing their perks and assisting with claim inquiries. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an advocate for Plan Members in communication
• Effectively manage a variety of customer service tasks
• Support business needs while maintaining professionalism




• Provide targeted support for healthcare inquiries
• Stay resilient in challenging interactions with clients

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role preferred
• Strong listening and communication skills essential
• Advanced tech proficiency required
• Experience with an employee benefits plan is an asset
• Bilingual French skills are advantageous
