We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and customer service skills. This role requires a hands‑on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and communication.
Conduct interviews and hire new staff members as needed to build a strong team.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that enhance guest satisfaction.
Experience
5 years minimum experience in the food and beverage industry
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong background in food and beverage handling practices.
Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial reporting within a restaurant setting.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
