We’re currently looking for a Parts & Accessories Counter Associate to join our growing team in St. Mary’s. Reporting to the Vice President, Golf Cars, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organized, and delivers outstanding customer service.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our Parts Counter running smoothly while supporting customers, inventory operations, and internal teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily Parts Counter operations, including balancing reports, tendering,



closing the Moneris machine, and maintaining bin locations

Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers

Enter, pick, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

Participate in the telephone queue and respond to customer inquiries

Manage and order parts inventory as required

Monitor inventory levels against targets and report any variances

Perform regular cycle counts and validate inventory in accordance with company guidelines

Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, and Inventory Control on stock and cost adjustments

Identify and implement solutions for obsolete or excess inventory

Coordinate warehouse stock transfers and customer transfers at the counter

Maintain product knowledge to support customer needs and sales objectives

Adhere to company credit guidelines and operational procedures

Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in parts, inventory, or warehouse operations (equipment, automotive, or similar industry considered an asset)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Comfortable working with inventory systems and reporting

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
