Become a Ski and Snowboard Instructor at RED Mountain Resort for the Winter 2026/27 season. Engage with guests across age groups while teaching protected and enjoyable lessons.

RED Mountain Resort is seeking full-time and part-time instructors for the upcoming winter season. Instructors will deliver lessons to school groups, clubs, and private clients of all abilities. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service and assessing student progress while managing varying ability levels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality ski/snowboard lessons to all guests
• Provide exceptional service to create positive experiences
• Attend morning meetings and training sessions regularly
• Arrive punctually for lessons,



ready to teach
• Debrief clients and parents professionally

Requirements:
• Flexibility to work 2-5 days, including weekends
• Enthusiastic and patient teaching style, especially with children
• Meet physical requirements for assisting students
• Hold CASI, CSIA, or equivalent certifications
• Dual ski and snowboard certifications are an asset
