Retail Store Supervisor LMIA Requested

Salary: $36.50 per hour – 35 to 40 hours per week.

Employment: Full-time, Permanent.

Shift: Morning, Day, Weekend.

Location: 4210 44 St, Lloydminster, SK S9V 1Z1 (On site).

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Responsibilities

Assign sales workers to duties.

Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.

Order merchandise.

Authorize return of merchandise.

Establish work schedules.

Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.

Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.

Organize and maintain inventory.

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

Manage cash.

Conduct performance reviews.





Organise day-to-day business operations.

Inspect the cleanliness and practices of establishment employees.

Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil and accessory sales.

Requirements

1 to 2 people in supervision.

Criminal record check.

Work under pressure, attention to detail.

Physical capabilities: sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling.

Accurate, client focus, productive interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, initiative, ability to multitask.
