Elevate your career with Métis Nation–Saskatchewan as an IT Support Technician in Saskatoon. This permanent full time role focuses on troubleshooting, system maintenance, and providing excellent user support.

As a valued member of the IT Department, you will directly report to the IT Manager. Your responsibilities include hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of end-user systems. You'll also assist in helping resolve user issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction while supporting departmental IT resources.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal IT
• Install and maintain end-user workstation equipment
• Assist helpdesk support and ensure user satisfaction




• Support other departments in IT system utilization
• Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support
• Post-secondary education in IT or related field preferred
• Knowledge of systems, networks, software, and hardware
• Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license required
• Must pass a Criminal Record Check
