The St-Jean Group, based in the heart of Joliette, is looking for a passionate Detailer / Washer to join our agile team at Joliette Ford Lincoln. You will be one of the faces of our dealership, helping to create a positive and memorable first impression for our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the washing and detailing of the exterior and interior of vehicles, maintaining high quality standards.
Inspect vehicles to identify potential damages and report maintenance needs to your supervisors.
Use appropriate aesthetic equipment and products effectively and safely.
Establish a friendly and professional relationship with customers, providing them with an exceptional service experience.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workshop operations.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive sector or vehicle aesthetics.
Attention to detail and passion for quality work.
Ability to work independently while being a team player.
Good communication skills, with a positive attitude towards customer service.
Availability to work during dealership hours.
