DDA is on the lookout for passionate individuals to join as Community Support Workers. In this role, you’ll serve a diverse group of participants, aiding them in developing vital life skills while fostering genuine connections. Your efforts will include facilitating programs that empower individuals to reach their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members in support activities
• Implement individualized plans for participant goals
• Conduct in office and community-based programs
• Create a welcoming, engaging setting
• Assist with personal care as needed
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in relevant area
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Valid First Aid/CPR and Driver’s License
• Medical and Criminal Record Clearance
• Non-violent Crisis Intervention Certification required
