Job Description:
The shuttle driver is responsible for transporting both guests and staff to the ski hill. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and solid driving experience. The shuttle driver will also be required to record daily mileage, ensure that the LLSR vehicles are in positive working condition, provide friendly and engaging service and apply defensive driving techniques to uphold the safety of all passengers.
Job Responsibilities:
Safe operation of company vehicle(s) adhering to the transportation policy
Timely and safe transportation of guests and staff
Accurate, timely, and organized processing of paperwork, vehicle check logs
Keep a clean & organized vehicle – includes daily cleaning of bus
Regular communication with resort while on the road
High quality, friendly, and cooperative relationship with all departments
Provide assistance to other departments as required
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
Punctuality and reliability is essential
Regularly communicate with your peers & supervisors to ensure the overall success of the department
Can work well in a team as well as independently
Ability to deal with a broad range of people & departmentsComplete other tasks as assigned
Clean class 4 AB drivers’ license or equivalent, clean driving abstract/record
3 years claims free insurance history
Minimum 1-2 years previous industry experience
A friendly and professional manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Uniform shirt is provided at cost, you provide black pants and footwear in accordance with appearance policy.
