Shape young lives as an in office Child and Youth Counselor with an emphasis on personal, social, and vocational development. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and focuses on client-centered support.

In this position, you will provide counseling to individuals and groups, drawing on your experience in youth services or social work. You will follow up on clients' progress and manage their physical and emotional needs. Collaboration with community agencies will be essential as you refer clients to additional services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel individuals and groups for effective personal development
• Follow up on counseling outcomes and client adjustments
• Help clients manage physical illnesses and disorders
• Liaise with community agencies for referrals and services
• Conduct therapeutic recreational or athletic activities

Requirements:
• College/CEGEP education in youth services or social work
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Criminal record check clearance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Organized and client-focused approach
