This role under the guidance of Principal Investigator Dr. Satkunasivam involves extensive project management and mentorship within the Urologic Oncology Group. You will coordinate clinical trial processes, from initiation to execution, while fostering the growth of the research team. This is an opportunity to enhance the capabilities of coordinators and ensure effective operation across multi-site trials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate study startup and contract negotiations with sponsors
• Administer investigational products as per protocol




• Hire and mentor new research coordinators
• Develop SOPs aligning with hospital policies
• Oversee daily activities of the research unit

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Biological or Health Sciences
• SOCRA Certified Clinical Research Qualified
• Minimum three years in clinical trial coordination
• Proficient in data management and documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
