CarePartners in Ontario is seeking part time Registered Nurses (RN) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) to work in our Kincardine clinic. This role offers flexibility with clinic hours and weekend rotation, supporting patients in home health care services.
You will develop and maintain care plans, provide in-person nursing services, and work with a fully equipped clinic team to deliver high-quality care. Strong English communication and current CNO registration are required.
