with responsibilities increasing over timePreparing client presentations including compiling / analyzing data and conducting researchPreparing financial models and valuation analysisAssisting in drafting confidential information memorandums and other deal related marketing materialsResearching and communicating with potential acquirersCoordinating transaction due diligenceSkills and QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:2+ years of experience in professional services with a financial analysis focus (e.G. audit, accounting, M&A advisory).
