and infrastructure managementManaging consultants, contractors, and procurement processes in compliance with municipal policiesEnsuring compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and safety standardsProviding technical expertise and participating in regional and cross‑functional initiativesPreparing reports for senior leadership and Council, and attending meetings as requiredActing as Director of Infrastructure Services in their absenceThe Ideal Candidate:Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario or Certified Engineering Technologist (CET)Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in municipal or civil engineering environmentsStrong knowledge of Ontario regulations, standards, and infrastructure practicesProven leadership experience, including team supervision and developmentExperience in capital project management, asset management, and municipal infrastructure planningStrong communication, stakeholder engagement,
