You will handle email cases, with phone and chat as secondary channels, delivering guidance on features and functionality. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in customer support, familiarity with ticketing systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, or Intercom, and basic accounting knowledge to better assist clients.
