Job Description: The Clinical Nurse Leader (CNL) is a clinical practitioner who integrates experience, skills, and knowledge from the nursing theory in the provision of direct patient/resident care, assessment of needs, clinical problem solving, and patient/resident and student/staff education.

Experience Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience
Experience in a community rural setting




Supervisory experience is an asset
Education Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Psychiatric Nursing
Other Education and Training Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certificate (ACLS)
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
MDS training would be considered an asset.
