In this role, you will deliver patient-oriented nursing care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include evaluating care plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and providing mentorship to unregulated care providers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized and goal-directed nursing care
• Evaluate and adjust care plans based on resident needs
• Maintain accurate clinical assessments and documentation




• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Mentor and coach unregulated care providers

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers
• Solid clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
