The Learning Advisor Senior
Lead is a strategic Human Resources skilled responsible for identifying the Learning needs of their coverage area and determining the appropriate solution in alignment with the Learning & Culture Menu of Services. Develop, execute, and market a Learning strategy that supports global functions, product and/or country regulatory priorities, leverages enterprise solutions, and drives performance improvement Conduct root cause and gap analyses to identify opportunities and appropriate solutions Serve as a trusted partner and consultant to senior stakeholders in the coverage area Advises and ensures that learning products developed within the coverage area comply with standards and policies; Measure the effectiveness and success of training interventions, and communicate impact to stakeholders Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating,
managing and reporting control issues with transparency Key capabilities for this role include consulting, applying adult learning theory, developing business acumen, facilitation, measuring success and impact of Learning strategy, and project management skills ~ Proven ability to use data to tell a story ~ Education ~ Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Full time Primary Location Full Time Salary Range $We use automated processing, including artificial intelligence, for our legitimate business interests (or our reasonable and appropriate business purposes) to identify and align the candidate's skills and abilities with a specific job opening.
