Tech Mahindra is seeking a Mainframe professional with 5+ years of DB2/IMS administration experience. The role involves image copy management, DBRC operations, and space monitoring, plus automation using CLIST, REXX, and SAS. Hybrid model requires three days in office.

Responsibilities include environment rebuilds, IMS/DB2 database creation and restoration, and tooling to improve test workplace deployment processes. Bachelor's degree preferred.
