Develop and gain approval for a future-state Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) operating model, including governance, business processes, technology requirements, and implementation strategy.

Redesign budgeting, forecasting, and reporting practices by introducing industry-leading approaches that improve efficiency, scalability, and business insight.

Partner with Finance, Operating Companies,



Technology Services, HRMS, Capital Assets, and executive leaders to drive collaboration, stakeholder buy-in, and shared ownership of the transformation.

Ensure the current FP&A; platform integrates effectively with HRMS and other enterprise systems while maintaining strong governance, data integrity, and future scalability.

Lead vendor selection, implementation planning, risk management, governance, and organization readiness activities to position the program for long-term success.

clearly defined implementation scope, roadmap, and project structure that positions the organization for a successful enterprise deployment.

Position FP&A; as a strategic enterprise partner by introducing modern planning practices, improving forecasting accuracy and decision-support capabilities, strengthening governance and controls, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement that delivers long-term business value. You are an experienced FP&A; and transformation leader with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline, and at least eight (8) years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and executive reporting. You have led complex systems implementations, process redesign,



or finance transformation initiatives and excel at bringing together stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and the business to achieve shared outcomes.

Known for your strategic thinking, leadership, and continuous improvement mindset, you thrive in complex environments and are motivated by opportunities to drive meaningful organizational change. A CPA designation is preferred, and PMP certification is considered an asset. The salary for this position ranges from $120,560 - $180,840 per annum.

Actual salary offered will be based on education, experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the role.

The Total Compensation
