Wage: $18.00 $27.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
About the Position We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have previous community pharmacy experience and a solid working knowledge of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System.
Qualifications Minimum 1 to 2 years of pharmacy assistant experience in a community pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge and experience using the Kroll Pharmacy Management System.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




Experience with prescription processing, data entry, and third-party billing is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with prescription preparation and processing.
Enter prescriptions accurately into the Kroll system.
Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving of medications.
Process insurance and third-party claims.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
Maintain pharmacy records and ensure compliance with pharmacy procedures.
Support daily pharmacy operations and workflow.
