This integral role involves managing the dispatch of propane deliveries while enhancing customer service through efficient communication. Ideal candidates will possess robust computer skills and previous dispatching or customer service experience to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage propane delivery schedules and driver communication
• Create delivery tickets using CUE software




• Generate and review performance reports and adjust as needed
• Train staff on delivery tools within CUE platform
• Address weekend inquiries related to service requests

Requirements:
• Experience in dispatching and logistics preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven customer service background
• Experience with fleet dispatching an advantage
• Awareness of Liquid Fuels Handling Code
