Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $50,000-$55,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for a recent vacancy.

responsibilities:

Supporting your Manager in the design of world-class paid search, social, and direct digital programs

Working closely with planning team, ad operations, A&I;, and clients to ensure objectives are reached

Overseeing campaign setup, trafficking, QA and timelines with Cossette best practice

Reporting including succinct and accurate results analysis, develop business insights, and package effectively

Produce or provide input into relevant POVs and recommendations

Managing against set testing calendars effectively

Mentoring junior team members and ensure quality control in trafficking, maintenance, pacing

Budget, financial and time management

qualifications:

2+ years of paid (search & social) performance experience:

Advanced understanding of Google Drive products and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, Google Docs/Word)

Exceptional analytical and copywriting skills and strong knowledge of math and statistics

Team player with a proactive attitude and burning desire to succeed

Advanced understanding of digital advertising

Experience with web-based applications, digital advertising systems and analytics programs (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360)

Accreditations: Google Ads Search, Google Shopping, Google Performance Ads, Meta Blueprint, Microsoft Certified
